We believe the ability to capture a sense of wonder evocative of the actual experience of a place is key in destination marketing. That begins with identity and brand awareness and continues through motivating and engaging content across a variety of campaigns, platforms, and tactics. The visitor experience should begin with the earliest interactions with audiences that bring stories and a sense of place to life before someone even sets foot in the building, and leave them compelled to visit in person to continue their journey. For many museums and cultural institutions, collections and exhibits are inherently rooted in time and rich in heritage, but a museum’s appeal can and must be contemporary and relevant to attract a diverse range of visitors, researchers, educators, and supporters.
